Recruiting & Promoting Women--A Celebration of Women in the Law

The Recruiting and Promoting Women Reception is a proud BHWA tradition. Each year, over one hundred employers join BHWA to celebrate the accomplishments of women in the law. This year, the event will be held on Wednesday, August 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in the Steinhart Courtyard at Boalt Hall.

This year, women represent 55% of the rising second year class. The reception is an opportunity for students, alumni and attorneys to meet, mingle and celebrate the advances women have made in the legal profession, while recognizing the struggles women still face in the legal community.
